How can I make a return?

For any reason, the customer can return the order entirely or partially. Items can be returned for refund within 14 days of the date of receipt of the package.

Items must be returned under the same conditions as they were originally sent, packaged in an orderly manner. They must not be used, worn, washed or altered in any way. The soles of the shoes must be in perfect condition and do not present signs of use.

The items must be returned with all the original labels, envelopes and other accessories (dustbag, and clothes, etc.) received in the package, also intact. Footwear and accessories must be returned in their original packaging, which should not be damaged and altered or used as packing box for shipping.

If customers wish to return the goods, they must communicate to the email address info@psionic-upgrades.com the decision to take advantage of the right of withdrawal, indicating your name, order number and items you wish to receive the refund. The request will be taken into charge and all instructions will be communicated via email to carry out the return shipment.

The shipping costs related to the return of the goods are borne by the customer who can provide through his own courier or registered post.

The customer who wishes to make a change of size or color can make a new order.

Repayments

The refund is made only after checking the items made by the Psionic-Upgrades.

If all previous conditions have been met, you will be refunded directly on the payment system used to place your order within 2 working days.

If you do not comply with the conditions (used, damaged, missing items of some parts, compromised packages etc.) you will be charged a new shipping cost to send you the goods and you can not ask for a refund. 

The refunds are issued in the same currency as the original purchase.

Shipping costs are never refunded.
